All of our programs, including the Fine Arts District Program, Premium Pulse Package, Peak Performance Plan, Steady Season Plan, and Concert Percussion Shield, are structured as annual agreements. That's what makes consistent, proactive care possible. The Annual Maintenance service is the exception: pay-per-visit, no contract, and a good way to see how the process works before committing to a program.

It depends on the program. The Fine Arts District Program covers your whole district under one agreement. The Premium Pulse Package can cover a single school or up to three campuses. A lot of directors use it for a high school plus two middle schools. The Peak Performance, Steady Season, and Concert Percussion Shield programs are each built around one facility. North Carolina (Triad, Triangle, and Charlotte), Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio), and Indiana (Indianapolis). Outside these areas, we offer virtual repair consultations and can ship supplies directly to you. On-site travel for the right project is also possible. Contact us to discuss.

Any time of year works. Some directors start when their budget opens up, others when they first hear about the program. As soon as you're enrolled, we lock in your dates, so the schedule is set and taken care of right away.

Good news: our top four programs (Fine Arts District, Premium Pulse, Peak Performance, and Steady Season) cover repairs too. The larger the package, the more supply budget you have to work with. The Concert Percussion Shield and Annual Maintenance are focused on maintenance, but if something needs fixing we'll let you know what's needed and can take care of it separately.

Not much at all. Once you're signed up and your dates are set, all you need to do is open the door. We take it from there and leave everything ready to play.

The cost of new instruments has gone up significantly, and it keeps climbing. In most cases it's now considerably cheaper to repair and maintain what you have than to replace it, and well-cared-for gear lasts a lot longer. A little regular attention goes a long way toward protecting what's already in your band room.

Yes. You get service logs after every visit and a full condition report once a year. If you ever need to justify the program budget or flag instruments for replacement, the paperwork is already there.

When instruments work the way they should, people want to be in the room. Well-maintained gear is easier to play, more consistent, and a lot more motivating, for students and directors alike.
