Good to know.
What instruments can you help with?
Timpani, keyboard percussion (marimba, xylophone, vibraphone, glockenspiel), snare drums, bass drums, cymbals, and most auxiliary instruments. If it's percussion, there's a good chance we can help.
What if I'm not mechanically inclined?
You don't need to be. We walk you through every step in plain language. If you can follow instructions, you can do the repair. Most of our clients have never attempted a percussion repair on their own.
What platform do you use for the call?
We use FaceTime or Google Meet, whichever works best for you.
How long does a session take?
The diagnosis call is usually 20–40 minutes. The repair walkthrough depends on the complexity. Most repairs are completed in a single session.
What if the repair requires parts?
We identify what's needed during the diagnosis call, then ship the parts directly to you. Once they arrive, we schedule the repair walkthrough.
What does it cost?
Sessions are billed by the hour: $175 for the first hour, $150 for the second, and $125 for the third. Most repairs are completed in a single session.
