Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 9, 2026
1. Estimates, Quotes, and Payments
Quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Accepting an estimate means you are authorized to bind your organization. Invoices are due per stated terms, typically Net 30 for school districts.
2. On-Site Services & Safety
Clients must provide safe, quiet access and have a representative available. Road trips require a minimum regional repair value of approximately $3,000. Travel costs are included in estimates and are non-negotiable once work begins.
3. Liability & Vintage/Brittle Instrument Disclaimer
Bono Percussion acknowledges that instruments may suffer unforeseen breakage due to age or brittleness. Bono Percussion is not liable for damage resulting from the inherent frailty of the instrument. Liability is capped at the amount paid for that specific repair.
4. Virtual Consultations
Clients bear full responsibility for outcomes when following instructions remotely. Bono Percussion disclaims liability for personal injuries or additional instrument damage incurred during virtual sessions. Recording or redistributing session content is prohibited without express written consent.
5. Shipping & Parts
Clients assume all shipping risks and costs. Manufacturer warranties transfer to the client where applicable, but Bono Percussion provides no additional coverage beyond the original manufacturer terms.
6. Intellectual Property & Media
Photos and videos uploaded for repair assessment may also be used for marketing purposes (e.g., before & after content). All repair techniques and methodologies remain proprietary to Bono Percussion.
7. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
