Technical skill
You know your way around timpani, keyboards, snare drums, and auxiliary. You've replaced heads, adjusted pedals, and you understand what a well-maintained instrument should feel and sound like.
Professionalism
You show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat every client's equipment with the same care you'd give your own. Directors trust you because you earn it.
A growth mindset
You don't have to know everything, but you have to be willing to learn. We invest in our team and expect that investment to go both ways.
