Handled during your monthly visits
- Timpani: Heads cleared, pedals and tuning gauges adjusted, so your timpani are always ready to play
- Drums: All drums in your concert setup tuned so they're always sounding their best
- Keyboards: Cords checked and replaced as needed, thumb screws snugged, and vibraphone dampening systems checked
- Auxiliary: Worn cymbal straps, broken triangle clips, and castanet cord replaced as needed
- Chimes: Fraying cord replaced and the sustain pedal checked
- Cymbal Stands: Missing felts, cymbal sleeves, and wing nuts replaced

Both Plans, Every Season
Quarterly Visits
- Summer: keyboards restrung, resonators and bars cleaned, thumb screws tightened, and dampening systems adjusted (up to 8 boards)
- Fall: timpani heads cleared and ranges set, joints lubricated, basic cleaning, pedal and tuning gauge adjustments
- Winter: tune up and basic clean of your concert drums
- Spring: full inventory and condition check
Concert Percussion Shield Plus Only
Monthly Check-In
- Pedals: We check every concert instrument with a pedal to make sure it functions correctly
- Heads: We tune all of your concert drums so they sound their best month after month
- Cords: We replace any broken or frayed cord on your covered instruments
- Cymbal Stands: We replace any missing felt, cymbal sleeve, or wing nut

Concert Percussion Shield and Concert Percussion Shield Plus are available to campuses across Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin, as well as North Carolina's Triad, Triangle, and Charlotte areas.
Common questions
Both plans run on an annual agreement, billed to your school or boosters through a single PO. You can pay in full or on a monthly schedule through your district.

Not much. Once you're signed up and your visit dates are set, you open the door. We handle the rest and leave everything ready to play.
